Court OK’s ‘Reasonable’ Spanking, But Experts Still Say No
I don’t know of any Los Angeles or Orange County Judge that would allow this to go on in a family law case. If it is going on, we put an immediate end to it. If the offending party will not stipulate to a no corporal punishment order with counseling we are probably going in ex-parte to get that order the next morning. The bigger issue is the offending party now trying to inflict a sever emotional or psychological punishment in a non-corporal way. Listen to the experts, don’t spank your children. Children need to know they have a safe place to turn especially during this difficult time.
